NEW OWNERSHIP - May 1, 2024

Saint Louis Equipment Company's third location is now operating at the former site of Bill's Service Center at 509 Sonderen in O'Fallon, Missouri. We will continue to sell outdoor power equipment and replacement parts, fill portable propane tanks, and provide repairs and maintenance for many brands of lawn and garden equipment.

With the change of ownership, there will be some changes:

• We are back on Wednesdays! Our current weekly schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM each day.

• For the time being—and we hope this will only be for a short while—we will be closed on Saturdays. (The store will remain closed on Sundays.)

• No more equipment rentals or U-Haul truck and trailer rentals.

• The shop process will be overhauled so that it can operate like our other locations in Harvester and Affton. A deposit will be required on all incoming service work. A diagnosis and estimate will be provided in a more timely fashion. The overall time to complete repairs will be the same as it always has: time frames are estimated based on the current workload.

Please be patient with employees. A new system is being implemented for sales, service, and inventory, and it will take our employees a while to learn the ins and outs of the new computer system.

We look forward to seeing our regular customers, old customers who haven't visited in a while, and new customers looking for top-notch equipment and service.
